1. ORDERS & DELIVERY
ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
To place an order on our site, you must provide current and accurate personal details. This includes your legal name, phone number, email address, and any other requested information.
Products purchased from this site are intended for personal use or as gifts only. Items must not be resold, used for commercial purposes, or utilized for any other commercial benefit. We reserve the right to restrict or limit quantities of any item shipped to a single customer, household, or postal address at our sole discretion.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and confirmation. Once an order is confirmed, details related to delivery, payment, and currency are final and cannot be modified. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
DELIVERY
We will deliver the products to the street address you provide when placing your order. Delivery to PO Boxes is not available. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly.
Any person present at the delivery address who receives the goods will be considered authorised to accept delivery on your behalf.
Please allow up to 10 business days before contacting us about the status of your order, unless otherwise stated.
DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATE
Delivery timeframes vary by destination and stock availability. Delivery typically occurs Monday to Friday (business days only, excluding public holidays).
Currently, we do not provide tracking for all destinations. Typical delivery estimates are the following (not guaranteed):
- The USA, UK, EU and Australia – within 10 business days
- All other destinations – 6 to 27 business days
Please note that delays can be experienced due to customs, carrier issues, holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.
IMPORT AND TAX DUTIES
International customers may be required to pay import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in their country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in the shipping fees paid to us. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.We recommend customers use this free Duty Calculator to estimate the likely import tax in your country.
SHIPPING AND POSTAGE
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, we are not liable for non-delivery.
If your address changes after placing an order, contact us immediately. Additional shipping fees may apply if the order must be resent.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package, destination, and packaging requirements.
2. DIGITAL MEDIA DOWNLOADS
Download links for digital media products are valid for 30 days from purchase and can be accessed multiple times from the download link contained in the confirmation email (for personal use).
Permitted use:
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Store one (1) backup copy of the digital file.
- Convert the file for personal, non-commercial use (where legally permissible).
Prohibited use:
You may NOT::
- Reproduce further copies of the media file in whole or in part.
- Translate, enhance, modify, alter or adapt the media file in any way or for any purpose.
- Cause or permit any third party to translate, enhance, modify, alter or adapt the media file in any way or for any purpose.
- Sub-license, lease, lend, sell, rent, distribute or grant others any rights, or provide copies of the media file to others.
3. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Digital products cannot be refunded; however, if you experience an issue with your download (for example the link we provide does not work) we will supply a working link as soon as possible.
For physical products:
We will replace any defective or incorrect product. Please contact us before you return the item to receive instructions.
4. PRICES & PAYMENT
For each online order, you must pay:
- the applicable price for the relevant items as published on our website; and
- Applicable delivery fees and handling fees specified on the website at that time.
Additional import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country and are your responsibility.
Payment security
Payments are processed securely using industry-standard encryption. We do not store credit card information.
Orders are dispatched only once payment has been successfully processed.Payment methods accepted are those displayed during checkout. We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
5. COUNTRY-SPECIFIC CONSUMER RIGHTS
Consumers may benefit from mandatory provisions of the consumer law of their country of residence. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit or exclude such rights.Consumer protection laws vary by country.
6. YOUR ACCOUNT
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts at our discretion.
7. PRODUCT IMAGES & PICTURES
We aim to include up-to-date pictures of all of the products on this website. However, the picture of the product may differ from the actual product. We recommend you read the product description carefully before finalising your order.

Personal information is used for the purposes of processing orders, providing customer support, managing customer accounts, communicating about purchases or services, and complying with applicable legal obligations. Personal information is not sold or shared with third parties, except where necessary to fulfil an order or where disclosure is required by law.

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the supply or use of our goods or services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights, remedies, guarantees, or warranties that you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, which cannot be excluded by law. Where such laws apply, our liability is limited only to the maximum extent permitted by those laws.
10. CHANGES TO TERMS
Each order is governed by the terms and conditions current when the order is placed. FUGA (IIP-DDS) may add to, delete or otherwise change these terms and conditions. FUGA (IIP-DDS) will endeavour to notify all customers of changes to terms & conditions each time you place an order.

All purchases under this website and these Terms are subject to the laws of the Netherlands, unless otherwise required by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country.
